About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeships Consultant to join our team at Triple West Medical. As a key member of our diagnostic histopathology service, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the provision of a diagnostic histopathology service to the Trust, working closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our diagnostic services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our cancer pathology team to provide a comprehensive service for one or more anatomical sites, complementing the interests of our existing consultants.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in diagnostic histopathology and cancer pathology, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Entry on the GMC Specialist Register via CCT (proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of the interview date), CESR or European Community Rights.
  • Ability to satisfy the language test requirements for both GMC registration and UKVI remits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
