  • Execute installation and service tasks in accordance with established training and quality standards.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding any potential delays in service or installation timelines.
  • Utilize provided technology to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with network planning and secure necessary permissions as required.
  • Represent Circet IRE & UK with professionalism, maintaining a friendly and cooperative demeanor.
  • Educate customers on installation processes, product offerings, and functionalities to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strive for excellence in all work activities.
  • Adhere to the company's health and safety policies at all times.
  • Ensure that all tools, testing equipment, and company vehicles are well-maintained and secure.
  • Wear the provided uniform consistently while on duty.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in optimal condition, reporting any issues during daily inspections.
  • Exhibit flexibility in your role and be open to undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with your Team Manager to ensure timely resolution of all tasks.

Accountabilities:

  • Enhancing and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Completing both standard and non-standard installations and surveys.
  • Conducting site inspections, including traffic management evaluations.
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Meeting and adhering to high standards of quality and health & safety regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support the team.
