This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to become part of a well-established consultancy specializing in Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Ground Investigations across the UK.

The firm is dedicated to delivering cost-effective ground investigation services, offering practical solutions tailored to a diverse array of projects.

The organization provides comprehensive support for all ground-related inquiries, including:

  • Phase 1 desk studies
  • Foundation design recommendations
  • Contaminated land evaluations
  • Sustainable drainage strategies
  • Soil parameter assessments for basement and infrastructure design
  • Environmentally sustainable remediation solutions

We are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to manage ground investigation projects, oversee fieldwork, supervise site contractors, compile reports, and deliver economical solutions.


Qualifications:
  • A BSc in Geology or a related discipline
  • A valid UK driving license

The ideal candidate will possess experience in ground investigation consultancy, including rock logging, fieldwork, and site supervision, providing insights on foundation design, ground improvements, earthworks, basements, retaining structures, mining, dissolution, and slope stability evaluations.
