Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join their team. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Surveying team on a wide range of projects, including insurance work, primarily residential and commercial buildings.

This is a busy and varied role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the team to provide expert advice and support on a variety of projects, from initial assessments to final reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and defects
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Surveying team to develop and implement project plans and strategies
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on building construction, maintenance, and repair
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
