Network Growth Manager

The TikTok Live Operations team is seeking a seasoned Network Growth Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As TikTok LIVE continues to expand, Creator Networks have become a vital component in fueling this growth. This role sits within our UK RiseHub team, specializing in onboarding and growing newly signed Creator Network partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a best-in-class onboarding experience to newly signed Creator Network partnerships.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with Creator Network Founders and leadership teams.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Creator Network partners, achieving quarterly revenue targets.
  • Support agency partners in scaling their operations, including recruitment, hiring, and expanding their online presence.
  • Organize impactful events and roadshows to boost awareness and engagement with the TikTok LIVE Creator Network program.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or start-ups.
  • Proven track record in business development, account management, or partner management within the social media, tech, or B2B sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and take proactive action.
  • A collaborative team player mindset, striving for higher performance while contributing to collective success.
