Our Care Home, Goldenley, is a family-owned establishment that provides the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining our team, you will become one of the 'family' and in return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Flexible 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available
- 12 hour shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday
About the Job:
As a Care Assistant, you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing current and appropriate documentation, including daily record keeping, charts, and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a care environment, either in a care home, as a home care worker, or caring for a loved one, would be ideal. However, if you have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people, we encourage you to apply.
