We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as an RMN Nurse Assessor. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough functional medical assessments of individuals' disabilities or conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct consultations with individuals over the phone, in person, or via video to assess their eligibility for Personal Independent Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)
- Perform comprehensive assessments of individuals' disabilities or conditions, using your strong clinical and communication skills
- Work with a diverse caseload, including complex conditions such as physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments
- Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, empathetic, and professional approach
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Competitive salary range of £37,500 - £44,500, dependent on location
