Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations, unloading the vehicle, and ensuring the load is secure at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to various locations, adhering to schedule and safety protocols.
  • Unload the vehicle at each delivery point using a pallet truck or PPT.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure the load is strapped at all times.
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service.
  • Work well with others and as an individual.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1/Category C+E driving license.
  • Valid in-date CPC & Digi cards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • No more than 6 points on your license for insurance purposes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rates: £16.50 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday, £17.50 per hour PAYE Saturday, and £18.25 per hour PAYE Sunday.
  • Various shift patterns available, including early morning starts.
