**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Agile Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational fulfillment of partners in the McLaren Automotive portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager to ensure the successful delivery of McLaren Automotive's technical partner's 360 activation plans.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned partner's business objectives, brand marketing strategy, target delivery and growth markets, competitors and KPIs.
- Lead weekly/monthly meeting management (agenda setting and note taking) and rights tracking.
- Support with creation of detailed partner wrap reports, case studies and annual partnership reviews that identify key learnings from activations.
- Support with partner executive engagement and gifting plan, including maintaining all CRM data across day-to-day account members, agencies and partner leadership teams.
- Apply the McLaren brand principles to ensure all activation is executed to high standards and all brand and regulatory guidelines are adhered to.
**Requirements**
- Experience with client account management - in delivering partnership marketing activities, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and report proactively with rigour to immediate managers and business as needed.
- Fluent in English. Other languages would be an advantage.
