As a Lead Cyber Security Operations Manager, you will enhance our Cyber Security Ecosystem by identifying, mitigating, and recovering from security threats across a vast IT landscape. Your role will involve safeguarding sensitive data and supporting our operational integrity.
This position is centered around ServiceNow-based Service Management, emphasizing the development and maturity of our security platforms through ITIL methodologies.
You will collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams, fostering effective relationships to align with our overarching security strategy.
Your ability to apply formal methodologies for risk management in a complex environment is essential. You will also engage with senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Proven experience managing large IT Products and Services in operational environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and a solid grasp of security technologies and solutions, particularly with complex data.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex process management within a Service Management Framework such as ITIL.
- Extensive understanding of Digital Products and Services, particularly in identifying and delivering requirements for platform management processes.
- Strong experience in building and nurturing effective relationships with diverse senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing risk through established methodologies in a corporate environment.
