About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Pensions Specialist to join our team at WTW. As a technical pensions consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to achieving the exciting growth strategy of our strongly performing GB Retirement practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in core UK defined benefit actuarial work.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects, utilizing your strong client-service orientation and project management skills.
  • Collaborate with junior associates, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive efficiency and improve processes.

Requirements
  • Experience of core UK defined benefit actuarial work.
  • Progression towards Fellowship of the IFoA, with a strong understanding of actuarial principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
