Salary: £28,000 basic - OTE £32,000

Hawkfield Recruitment is currently working with a well-established automotive dealership group in the High Wycombe area. We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team.
This successful business has grown significantly over the past 20 years, with multiple locations across London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire. They continue to expand and are looking for a skilled Parts Advisor to contribute to their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will be:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualifying customer requirements and ensuring accurate recording of customer details.
- Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
About You:
To be successful as a Parts Advisor, you will possess:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to multitask.
- High levels of commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
