Retail Operations Manager

At The Goodwood Estate, we're seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing retail operations across our onsite outlets and event pop-up stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to grow our online presence and sales
- Manage stock levels, forecasting, and inventory control to meet customer demand
- Lead and support our Retail Team in achieving sales targets and incentives
- Create and implement integrated retail strategies to ensure brand integrity and customer satisfaction
- Commercially minded with experience in budget control and margin management
- Proactive, structured, and highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- At least three years of retail management experience
- Energy and enthusiasm for the role
- Excellent visual merchandising skills and knowledge of retail systems
- Full clean driving license and reliable transportation
