Assist ward-based personnel and medical teams in effectively managing patient deterioration.
Conduct follow-ups for patients recently transitioned from critical care.
Facilitate and deliver educational training that aligns with the Deteriorating Patient and Resuscitation initiatives.
Support the collection, organization, and assessment of data related to deteriorating patients and cardiac arrest statistics necessary for both organizational and national audit agendas.
Establish and maintain professional networking relationships with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance the management of deteriorating patients across all clinical areas.
Autonomously assess, implement care plans, and initiate further interventions as needed, while continuously supporting service delivery and development of Critical Care Outreach.
