About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert commercial and contract management support to our Project Managers and Commercial Managers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely cost and value reporting for projects, as well as forecasting revenue, margin, and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate commercial risks, and develop strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and policies, and provide input on project proposals and tenders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably in a commercial or quantity surveying role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
