Are you passionate about education and driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact? Do you have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on the education sector? Our client, a leading education technology company, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in key areas, including KS4, independent schools, international schools, and Multi-Academy Trusts. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company's products and benefits
  • Manage and report on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and an annual bonus (OTE of £10-15k+). You will also enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Other benefits include private medical insurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and a range of staff incentives and social activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the EdTech / Education sector
  • Good understanding of the UK Education sector
  • Proven creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
