Role Overview:
You will be an integral part of the client services division, overseeing multiple projects and serving as the primary contact for clients. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient and effective execution of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Managing projects from initial brief through to execution.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams on content strategy and production management, employing strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Overseeing daily internal and external communications to manage expectations effectively.
  • Ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, maintaining clear and collaborative communication with project teams.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of campaigns to meet client needs.
  • Identifying and planning communication activities, playing a role in strategic planning.
  • Providing clients with updates on project timelines, including clear, actionable next steps.

Qualifications:
It is essential to possess experience in medical communications along with a relevant scientific or medical degree. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring only two days in the office each week.
