- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, control waste, and optimize stock levels to minimize losses.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve customer complaints and promote a positive customer experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer loyalty.
