Job Overview

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality control tests for raw materials, in-process products, bulk drug substance, final products, and stability products according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform batch disposition and stability activities in a timely and proactive manner, including quality control testing and reporting.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including deviations, investigations, and laboratory investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, instructions, and protocols related to quality control activities.
  • Conduct regular equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability of quality control testing.
  • Participate in department and site audits, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a quality control laboratory within a recognized quality system.
  • Ability to organize work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and write and follow SOP documentation.
  • Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory bodies.
