Your Role: Stockroom SpecialistAs a Stockroom Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London store. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of stock control, maintaining high standards within the back-of-house area, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively handle all stock movements and maintain meticulous back-of-house organization.
- Collaborate with your management team to achieve operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Receive deliveries, organize transfers, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom by storing items alphabetically and adhering to established procedures.
- Contribute to exceptional customer service by ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide support on the shop floor once all stockroom duties are completed, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced stockroom environment within the retail sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with colleagues and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy.
