CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team as a Commercial Building Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial building's mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lighting Maintenance: Perform routine lighting checks, replace lamps, and troubleshoot issues with lighting control panels and power distribution systems.
  • Emergency Lighting: Ensure that emergency lighting systems are functioning correctly and make any necessary repairs.
  • Air Conditioning and Air Handling Units: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter changes and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Chillers and Water Treatment Systems: Monitor and maintain chiller systems, including temperature checks and water treatment processes.
  • Plumbing and Pumps: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors.
  • BMS System and UPS Systems: Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Qualifications: Hold City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 qualifications or equivalent.
  • Trade Certificates: Provide copies of trade certificates and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Availability: Be immediately available or able to start at short notice.
