Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement global enterprise systems, working closely with leadership to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational business functions to determine requirements, issues, and opportunities, while actively seeking engagement and eliminating silos.
  • Maintain thorough preventative maintenance and documentation, utilizing structured thinking tools and adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis, Change Advisory Board, and other recurring business functions.
  • Provide thought leadership and a point of escalation for the wider IT organization, viewed as an expert in the Microsoft Server space.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technology, industry trends, and vendor strategies, remaining cost-centric and searching for the best value for the business.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present data, designs, and other content in a professional manner to all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT engineering role, with senior-level engineering expertise and demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Windows Server and Linux operating systems, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Mail Transport.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, PowerShell, BASH, and defensive security.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present data, designs, and other content in a professional manner to all levels of the organization.
