About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and friendly individual to join our team as a Father Christmas Character. As a key member of our grotto team, you will be responsible for bringing joy and magic to families and children during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in costume as Father Christmas, greeting families and children and handing out gifts.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable time.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a festive and enchanting atmosphere.
  • Adhere to our high standards of customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
