Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Orion Electrotech Automation Careers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a leading role in the design and development of our laboratory robotic and automation equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical control systems for our products
  • Work closely with the Mechanical & Automation Engineering and R&D teams to develop current machines and design new machines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical design meets technical and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Electrical Design and/or Electrical Design Engineering expertise
  • 4+ years of experience in Electrical Design role
  • Experience with industry machinery within a technical environment
  • Strong design package skills, ideally SolidWorks Electrical design capabilities
  • Knowledge of PLC / PAC software development
