Job Title: Finance Director

At SRC, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our Software, Risk & Compliance division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering financial excellence and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Finance Director will be responsible for leading our finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information. You will work closely with our Divisional Leadership Team and Finance Controllers to deliver financial results and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team and business units
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage and develop the finance team, including performance management and talent development
Requirements
  • Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and experience in a senior finance role
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results and driving business growth
  • Experience working in a group ownership structure and managing financial reporting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with financial systems, processes, and controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
