Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Waiting team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of service in the client's restaurants.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to maintain high standards of service, quality, and speed.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and dynamic team culture, promoting a learning attitude and a commitment to customer care and service.
- Assist with the training and development of junior staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the restaurants.
Requirements:

What We Offer:
Our client offers a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of additional benefits.
