JN Technical is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the erection phase of large-scale steel packages. Working alongside the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As the new Site Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Project Team, responsible for:

• Coordinating with the Site Manager to ensure project timelines are met

• Supervising a team of steel erectors to ensure safe and efficient work practices

• Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks

• Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure project deliverables are met

• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Providing guidance and support to junior team members

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency

• Maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with the Site Manager and other stakeholders

• Ensuring all site activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Providing guidance and support to junior team members

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency

• Maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with the Site Manager and other stakeholders
