About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at hedgehog lab. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of complex software projects from concept to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into robust software solutions
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using modern web frameworks, databases, and AI/ML components
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in both Python and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (Django, Flask, Express, NestJS)
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and data modelling best practices
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/ML components into web and mobile applications
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to continuously learn and improve
