Head Chef Opportunity

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a renowned country pub and restaurant to find an exceptional Head Chef to lead their culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus, controlling food costs and maintaining profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £47,000, plus bonus and tips.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen manager in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
