  • Qualifications: RIBA Part one and Two qualifications

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of planning and building regulations
  • Desirable: Ideally experience working on residential projects
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and presentation skills, boast creativity and design flare, liaise confidently with clients and other professionals, keen to input to company growth, motivated to continue own professional development, work well within a team and independently, produce highly quality drawings, work across all project stages, meet deadlines, consistent with producing a high-quality level of work
