MUFG, one of the world's leading financial groups, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Transaction Banking EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Head and Deputy Head of Transaction Banking EMEA, ensuring the smooth operation of our global transaction banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head and Deputy Head of Transaction Banking EMEA
  • Assist with wider team support as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Travel and entertainment, adhering to MUFG policies
  • Daily administration, including preparation of papers and completion of expense claims
  • General administration, including new joiner setup and data organisation
  • Support the Business Management & Strategic Planning team in the smooth running of the department
Requirements:
  • Proven Personal Assistant (PA)/Office management experience in a banking/financial environment
  • Detail-conscious and committed to producing high-quality, professional work
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to manage data/emails/meetings in the strictest confidence
  • Competent in PowerPoint and Excel to create decks and spreadsheets
  • A level and/or relevant work experience within financial services
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel in particular)

We operate a hybrid working model, with 3 days office-based and 2 days working from home. We are open to considering flexible working requests in line with organisational requirements.
