5. Implement rigorous quality control measures, perform regular safety inspections, and maintain a comprehensive site diary.

8. Uphold health and safety regulations and manage all pertinent documentation.
9. Identify, mitigate, and manage potential risks effectively.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must:

3. Have proven experience in delivering substantial UK construction projects involving heavy reinforced concrete structures.
4. Demonstrate a successful track record in managing a package or site.
5. Be willing to secure the necessary security clearance.
6. Exhibit strong decision-making skills.
7. Possess quick-thinking problem-solving abilities.
