About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Developer to join our team at Perfectly Simple IT Solutions. As a Middleware Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems using AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop cloud-based middleware systems using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, and S3.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware systems.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, and S3.
  • Proficiency in Java 8 and experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XSD/JSON Schema/Swagger, and Jenkins/Maven.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
