About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Learning Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, term-time basis. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering an ambitious curriculum to all learners by providing additional learning support to those with learning difficulties/disabilities or additional support needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality learning support to learners with diverse needs, ensuring they receive a quality learning experience.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans, promoting learner engagement and progress.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Evidence of commitment to personal and professional development.
