Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team in West Dorset. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload and building trusted relationships with clients to include:

  • Wills and Estate Planning
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Court of Protection (COP)
  • Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning
  • Tax Planning and Advisory Services
  • Trusts and Estate Planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on wills, probate, and estate administration to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law
  • Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the firm's client base
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1+ year PQE in private client law
  • STEP qualification or willingness to undertake STEP qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development and networking skills
