Your Responsibilities as Deputy Manager:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations in line with company standards and protocols
• Inspire and motivate your team through a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
• Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members
• Enhance sales by upholding high standards and surpassing customer expectations
• Ensure front-of-house excellence in food, service, and beverage quality
• Comply with all legal requirements related to personnel, safety, and licensing
• Conduct regular inventory assessments and analyze usage reports to identify areas for improved control
