About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand engagement efforts in the Tesco Retail Media UK team. As the Head of Brand Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive brand advertising revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand advertising landscape and identify opportunities to fill gaps in our product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with retail and product teams to create a compelling brand advertising proposition that appeals to brand advertisers.
  • Drive a joint strategy and product roadmap for brand advertising, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitive considerations.
  • Work with our Head of Measurement to develop plans to prove the effectiveness of our omnichannel offering and drive brand goals.
  • Lead brand engagement pilots with CPG manufacturers and agencies, creating new ways to support brands and leverage the full breadth of Tesco Retail Media and Tesco plc capabilities.
  • Represent our brand advertising proposition externally and guide product marketing in their representation of our capabilities.
Requirements
  • Background in CPG brand marketing or strategic planning of media and advertising.
  • In-depth experience in the digital advertising and retail media environment.
