Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at KirkhamYoung Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the medical laboratory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planned and unplanned maintenance, installation support, and training to customers
  • Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronics systems
  • Work with customers to resolve technical issues and improve system performance

Requirements:

  • Qualified to HNC/HND level or above in electronics/mechanical engineering
  • Experience of fault diagnosis and repair of electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronics systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
