About the Role
The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gastroenterology Consultant to join our expanding Gastroenterology service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, contributing to the development of our service, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including endoscopy services, gastroenterology outpatient services, and inpatient gastroenterology
- Develop and maintain a sub-specialty interest in line with the needs of the department
- Contribute to the management of the service, including developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of our service
- Provide educational and training opportunities for junior staff and medical students
