We are currently seeking a Quantitative Research Lead to join our Communications and Behavioral Insights team. This role involves overseeing customer insight and tracking initiatives, as well as evaluating Government communication strategies across diverse subject matters. You will engage with clients to foster enduring partnerships and play a pivotal role in executing our renowned public-sector communication and insight evaluation services.

The Communications and Behavioral Insights team integrates a wide range of expertise, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, advanced data analytics, and behavioral science consultancy. Our projects span various domains, including environmental behavior, public health, and social issues. We collaborate with key organizations on customer insight and marketing evaluation projects, contributing to the assessment of significant campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison for clients
  • Oversee multiple customer insight and communication evaluation projects for major clients, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution
  • Participate in diverse project types, including qualitative and experimental research
  • Develop high-quality research instruments, including questionnaires
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for various senior stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth
  • Establish an area of specialized knowledge over time, focusing on specific methodologies or policy areas

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a social or market research environment, particularly in quantitative customer insight research
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities, with strong client engagement skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Skilled in data interpretation, capable of conveying insights compellingly while maintaining evidence integrity
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on creating engaging presentations and reports
  • A collaborative team player, eager to learn from colleagues and support the development of junior staff
