About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Financial Professional to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in the Advisory Team, providing expert financial guidance to clients.
  • Interact with and manage clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial best practices, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage a team of financial professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and support to management to help drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification, or currently studying.
  • 4 years+ of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in UK Public Practice.
  • Full working rights in the UK and will NOT require sponsorship.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
