Job Summary:

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to the business, ensuring production requirements and factory services are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance cover to the factory, working as the main point of contact and taking the initiative to resolve issues.
  • Utilize multi-skilled knowledge and expertise to maintain and enhance the performance of plant, equipment, and buildings, adhering to HSE regulations.
  • Offer flexible support to the business, maintaining production requirements and factory services at all times.

Requirements:

  • Time served electrical/mechanical or multi-skilled apprenticeship.
  • Recognized electrical or mechanical qualifications (must be qualified to 17th/18th edition) with the ability to demonstrate and facilitate electrical competency tasks.
  • Three years minimum of maintenance experience working in a production environment (post qualification).
  • Competent electrical fault finding and analysis skills, with the ability to read and follow electrical drawings.
  • Flexible working attitude, with the ability to work hours outside of your normal rota as required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written/typed format, confident and competent communicator via telephones, radios, and emails essential.
