Job Title: Sales Executive - Property Development

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £28,000 annual salary with up to £60,000 OTE

Type: Permanent

We're seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage sales operations at an exciting residential development. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise Sales: Hit sales targets to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Show Home Presentation: Ensure the Marketing Suite and Show Homes are open, presentable, and spotless daily.
  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to enquiries, follow up consistently, and convert leads into sales.
  • Customer Qualification: Qualify clients with a recommended Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) before taking reservations.
  • Sales Process: Manage the sales journey from reservation to exchange, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of competitors with regular market insights.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Property Sales Experience: Proven experience in property sales with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering a 5-star customer experience.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and pay attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and drive results.
