Welsh Language Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Welsh speaking teaching assistant to join our team at a Welsh medium secondary school in the Carmarthen area.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing support to students with varying learning needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the Welsh language and culture.
- Support students with learning difficulties, providing individualized attention and encouragement.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging educational activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Welsh, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to motivate and engage students, promoting a love of learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and students.
- A competitive daily rate of £83.85.
