About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and hard-working Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a school environment, working closely with class teachers, therapists, and SENCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working across KS3, KS4 & KS5, closely with class teachers to support students with varying SEND needs
- Leading 1:1 and group intervention sessions with students to promote personal and academic growth
- Collaborating with knowledgeable therapists, psychologists, and SENCO to develop and implement effective support strategies

Requirements:
