We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor at Scania (Great Britain) Limited. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for timely and efficient parts supply, serving as the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and branch colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Inventory Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered in line with operational needs, and assist in controlling the optimum stock profile for the branch.
- Logistics and Delivery: Assist with the delivery and collection of parts, ensuring they are packaged and documented correctly.
- Stock Checks and Control: Proactively undertake and oversee stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
