Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving informed commercial and financial decision-making across IT Infrastructure cost centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of IT to manage the end-to-end expenditure process and associated controls.
  • Manage and monitor IT spend through the capturing, challenging, and gathering of sufficient information for accurate recording, planning, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive cost savings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with experience in management accounting or business partnering roles.
  • Proven track record of managing cost centres and influencing non-finance management.
  • Experience in managing IT cost centres in a large and complex business is highly desirable.
