Restaurant Supervisor Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager: Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are operating efficiently and effectively.

  • Lead the Restaurant Team: Supervise and motivate the restaurant team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, presentation, and service, meet the highest standards of excellence.

  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of the restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and excellence.
