Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as shopping and light housekeeping
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Provide personal care, including bathing and dressing
  • Administer medication as required

Requirements:

  • No formal qualifications are necessary, as all training is provided
  • Opportunities to enroll for paid Diplomas after a probationary period
  • Full driving license and access to suitable transportation required
