Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:

HRM Homecare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Carer to provide help and encouragement to individuals in their own homes. As a Carer, you will deliver quality care through daily tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation. You will also provide social and emotional support, accompany service users to appointments, and build a warm yet professional relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Offer social and emotional support, including companionship
  • Assist with medication and co-operate with health and social care providers

Requirements:

  • Be a friendly, kind, and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to care for others
  • Have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Be reliable and live the HRM Values
